Shipping Policy

At Roovita Wellness, we aim to get your order packed and on its way to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Processing & Dispatch Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
After checkout:
- You will receive an order confirmation email, and
- Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
Some items may ship directly from our suppliers. In these cases, processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability.
2. Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
- Australia
- New Zealand
- United States
- Canada
If your country is not listed, shipping availability will be shown at checkout where applicable.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch and are provided as a guide only.
Australia
Standard Shipping:
- 3–8 business days for items shipped from within Australia
- 7–21 business days for items shipped from international suppliers
New Zealand, United States & Canada
Standard International Shipping:
- 7–21 business days
- Under normal conditions, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on supplier location, customs processing, courier workload, and external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
⭐ Free Shipping Always on standard shipping for eligible orders.
If any shipping charges apply (such as optional express upgrades or special circumstances), these will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders outside Australia:
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your local authorities
- These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential fees.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped:
- You will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update

7. Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Roovita Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or postal service delays
- Customs inspections or clearance processes
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Events beyond our reasonable control (including extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or peak seasonal congestion)
If a delay occurs, we will always do our best to assist and provide updates where possible.
8. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to collect from a pickup location
We can arrange re-shipment; however, additional shipping fees may apply.

Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
9. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order:
- Arrives damaged, or
- Has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe

Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of any damage (if applicable)
We will work with you and the courier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
