Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We currently ship to United States, Canada, New Zealand & Australia.
Standard International Shipping: Please allow 7–21 business days (varies by destination) but generally arrives between 7 - 14 business days without incident

International shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout (If required) Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Delays
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Roovita Wellness is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics).
Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at support@roovitawellness.com.au with your order number, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
